CMA Event Hire are a leading supplier of cutlery and crockery products for all occasions across East Anglia. Focusing predominantly on the wedding industry, we play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our clients’ big days.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading vans with hire equipment in a methodical and efficient manner
• Delivering and collecting goods across East Anglia, maintaining the high standards of the CMA brand
• Liaising with the Goods in and out Departments, assisting with planning and logistics
• Ensuring all collection notes are checked off with equipment being collected – flagging any items that are missing
• Providing face to face customer service at venues, liaising with our clients on site
• Cleaning catering equipment such as ovens and fridges
• Consistently demonstrating health and safety compliance aligned with our guidelines
• Counting back returned stock and inputting figures into our off hire app
• Putting stock away from washed goods in
• Carrying out and maintaining vehicle checks and cleanliness, completing a weekly vehicle defect sheet and daily cleaning
• Ensuring all returned equipment is packed and labelled correctly
• Take part in an on call telephone rota

Experience

• Experience driving large vehicles/vans would be highly advantageous
• Manual handling certification would be preferred however training can be provided

The ideal candidate will:

• Have good attention to detail and a methodical work approach
• Have good time managements skills and the ability to prioritise workload
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Have a full, clean UK driving licence
