Event hire delivery information

First and foremost, we deliver throughout East Anglia in our own vehicles, driven by our own drivers, so you know that we will always do all that we can to make our part of your event as straightforward as possible.

Our Delivery Process

Arranging Delivery

In order for us to help make your delivery/collection straightforward, it is important that you let us know in writing of any timing issues. For example when a marquee is going to be erected or dismantled or a certain time it needs to be there by, so that we can help you make sure that the equipment is not left outside and is delivered in time for you to set up your event.

For places we haven’t delivered to previously, we will send you a questionnaire asking for any information relevant to your delivery. This is to ensure that we know about any awkward entrances, steps or paths that our staff may have to navigate.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and Collection is available on all orders over £300 inc VAT – the delivery charge is added to your basket based on the delivery Postcode. When we deliver we try to separate types of equipment so that it is easier for you, or your caterer, to find items when setting the tables. Normally we do not set up or pack down the furniture, although we can also organise to do this by prior arrangement at a cost.

The day before your delivery and then collection we will contact you by text or email and let you know a two hour time window of when we expect to be with you. Our vehicles are fitted with a tracking system, so if we get held up we will contact you to let you know any revision to the timings on the day.

We offer customer collections from our depots, this is available on orders over £50 inc VAT – please send in an enquiry form if you would like to collect and return the hire items.

Packed for perfection

We have purpose made plate and glass boxes, which stack to save room. When getting our equipment ready for us to collect, it is important that all our equipment and laundry is put together and re-boxed or bagged correctly. This ensures that we take up the minimum of your time whilst on site and avoids items being left behind.

Delivery Service

We always try to minimise our delivery charges by organising delivery routes, but reserve the right to charge up to £1 per mile per vehicle for deliveries and collections. If more than one vehicle is required to make a delivery or collection then a further charge per vehicle will be made. We will charge a further collection charge for any items that we have to return to collect.

Delivery across the UK

We are happy to deliver outside our normal delivery area, so if you’re planning a party further away then please ask us and we will do all we can to help.
