We have put a comprehensive list together of everything you will need to host the event of your dreams!

All corporate events have different equipment requirements, from a drinks reception with delicious canapés to a full sit-down dinner. We have separated the two below so you can find the best fit for your affair.

Drinks & Canapés

The most important thing your guest should have at all times is a drink, whether it is alcoholic or not. Our Savoie glassware range is perfect for champagne and wine glasses, while our quality Premier Tumblers are a great match for all themes and can be filled with a range of soft drinks or your favourite gin and tonic. If you would like to elevate your event, offering your guests a personalised cocktail or catching attention with a lavish champagne tower, our 5oz Champagne Saucers are ideal. 

When serving canapés, appearance is key. Our range of presentation boards are made from various materials such as wood, slate and glass to suit a wide range of themes. You may also require a Dipping Pan, Canape Spoon and Dipping Bowl to serve alongside the canapés! 

Sit Down Dinner

To begin, you need to make sure you have enough tables and chairs for your guests. Choose from round or long tables, and whether you would like to style them bare or with a quality linen tablecloth. You can then choose the best chair for your table setup, such as our popular Chivari Chair, the comfortable Cross-Back Chair or our brand new luxurious Louis Chair. The next necessity for your tables is cutlery and deciding how much you require for the courses you are serving. You will also need enough glassware for each guest to have one water and two wine glasses. Our Bordeaux wine and Premier water glassware ranges are perfect for large events!

When it comes to dinner service, you will require enough plates for starters, mains and deserts, along with side dishes. Our Nouvelle Range is ideal, as it is quality china and available in large quantities to suit any event size. This range also includes coffee cups and saucers with a coffee pot for guests to enjoy hot drinks, along with a sugar bowl and milk jug. If your menu requires it, you can also hire serving bowls and plates as well as trays for waiters to use.

Behind the scenes, if your venue doesn’t have the facilities you may need to hire professional kitchen equipment to cater for the dinner at your large event. These include ovens and fryers, baking trays, pots and pans, chafing dishes, a hot water boiler and a mobile hand wash sink.
