We are well known throughout East Anglia for providing premium crockery and glassware hire, as well as furniture and more industrial catering equipment. Whatever it is you need, we will sort it.
How it works
Step 1
Build & Submit Your Quote
Browse our store, add items to your basket, and submit your quote with event details—no payment needed at this stage.
Step 2
Availability Check
We’ll review your request, confirm availability, and suggest alternatives if necessary before finalising your booking.
Step 3
Booking Confirmation
You’ll receive an order confirmation with a personal customer code. Minor adjustments can be made until two weeks before delivery.
Step 4
Secure Your Booking
Pay a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. The final balance is due one week before delivery.
Step 5
Delivery Notification & Drop-off
A week before delivery, we’ll send a text with a two-hour time slot for your items to arrive.
Step 6
Collection & Deposit Return
After your event, we’ll collect the items and refund your deposit, minus any deductions for lost or damaged items.
